Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field.
• Min 2 to 3 years proven work experience in a similar role with a track record of winning bids.
• Strong negotiation, project management and communication skills.
• Ability to generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics.
• Excellent knowledge of sales management and B2B sales pipeline management.
• Enthusiastic about delivering positive results.
• Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
• Command on Freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer)
• Proficient in proposal writing and knowledge of drafting business proposals.

Responsibilities:

• Generating business through online portals like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer etc.
• Finding the right jobs and write proposals for them.
• Analyzing client requirements and provide appropriate estimates.
• Ensuring compliance with all bidding requirements and deadlines.
• Communicating with clients through voice or video calls.
• Documenting information according to standard operating procedures.
