اللَّهُمَّ ربَّ النَّاسِ ، أَذْهِب الْبَأسَ ، واشْفِ ، أَنْتَ الشَّافي لا شِفَاءَ إِلاَّ شِفَاؤُكَ ، شِفاءً لا يُغَادِرُ سقَماً

“Oh Allah, Lord of the people, remove the pain, heal, you are the healer, there is no cure but yours, a cure that leaves no disease”.

Uthman Ibn Abi Al-‘As(RA) stated: I appealed to the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) about discomfort in my body. “Place your hand where you’re having pain and say: ‘Bismillah (In the Name of Allah)’ a total of three times; then repeat seven times: Translation (I seek safety with Allah and with His Majesty from all harm that affects me and that which I apprehend).”

Similarly, we can use this same method if we feel pain in any area of the body;

• Three times bismillah(بِسْمِ اللَّهِ)
•  Seven times (أَعُوذُ بِعِزَّةِ اللَّهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ)

قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ. مَلِكِ النَّاسِ . إِلَهِ النَّاسِ . مِنْ شَرِّ الْوَسْوَاسِ الْخَنَّاسِ . الَّذِي يُوَسْوِسُ فِي صُدُورِ النَّاسِ. مِنَ الْجِنَّةِ وَالنَّاسِ

“Say I seek refuge in the Lord of people. The king of people. God of people. From the evil of the sneaking whisperer. Who whispers in people’s breasts. From heaven and people.”
