Allahumma Aanis Wahshati Fi Qabri. Allahummar Hamni Bil Quranil Azeemi Waj’Al-hu Li Imamaw Wa Nuraw Wa Hudaw Wa Rahmah. Allahumma Zak-kirni Minhu Ma Naseetu Wa Al-limni Minhu Ma Jahiltu, War Zuqni Tilawatahuuu Anaa-Al-lai-li Wa-Anaa An-na-haa-ri, Waj’al-hu li Huj-ja-tay-ya Rabbal-Alameen.
“O Allah, divert my restlessness in the grave into peace. O Allah! let me receive Your mercy by means of the Noble Qur’an and make it my guide as well as a source of light, guidance, and grace for me. O Allah! revive my memory of whatever I was made to forget from the Noble Qur’an, grant me an understanding of whatever part I know not, enable me to recite it during hours of day and night, and make it my main argumentative support (in all matters), O Lord of the worlds.”
The Best Dua Khatam Quran In Arabic

Allahumma Irhamni Bil-Qurani Waj’alhu li maman wa nooran wa hudan wa rahmatan. Allahumma dhakkirni minhu ma nasiitu wa ‘allimni minhu ma jahiltu warzuqni tilawatahu aanaa al-layli wa atraf an-nahari waj’alhu li hujjatan ya rabbal-‘alameen.
O Allah, have mercy on me through the Qur’an and make it for me a guide, a light, a source of guidance, and mercy. O Allah, remind me of what I have forgotten from it, teach me what I do not know, and grant me its recitation day and night. Make it a proof for me, O Lord of the worlds.
Dua After Quran Reading
Hazrat Ayesha R.A. narrates that the Holy Prophet SAW would read a specific dua after ending any sitting and assembly. The recommended dua is considered the best dua for finishing Quran.
سُبْحَانَكَ اللَّهُمَّ وَبِحَمْدِكَ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْكَ
Subhanaka Allahumma Wa Biḥamdika, Ashhadu Al La Ilaha Illaa Anta, Astaghfiruka Wa Atubu Ilaika.
