اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ رَبِّ الْعٰلَمِیْنَ(1) الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ(2) مٰلِكِ یَوْمِ الدِّیْنِ(3) اِیَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَ اِیَّاكَ نَسْتَعِیْنُ(4) اِهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِیْمَ(5) صِرَاطَ الَّذِیْنَ اَنْعَمْتَ عَلَیْهِمْ ﴰ غَیْرِ الْمَغْضُوْبِ عَلَیْهِمْ وَ لَا الضَّآلِّیْنَ(7)
الْحَمْدُ: The Laam is Qamaria. Therefore, pronounce it clearly.
رَبِّ: Raa has fatha, so pronounce it heavily (tafkheem).
ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ: Yaa ha sukoon, you can pronounce it equal to 2,4, or 6 vowel counts.
الرَّحْمَٰنِ: Do not pronounce Laam, it is silent (Shamsiya). Pronounce ‘Raa’ heavily. Stretch ‘Meem’ for two counts.
الرَّحِيمِ: Laam is silent and Raa is heavy. Stretch ‘Yaa’ for 2,4, or 6 counts.
مَـٰلِكِ يَوْمِ ٱلدِّينِ: Stretch ‘Meem’ for two count. Stretch ‘Yaa’ with 2,4, or 6 counts.
إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ: ‘Yaa’ has shaddah, press on it and pronounce twice. Stretch ‘alif’ for two counts.
اهْدِنَا ٱلصِّرَاطَ: Haa has hams. Air flows freely during pronunciation. Pronounce ‘Raa’ and ‘Tua’ heavily. ‘Laam’ before ‘Suaad’ is silent. Pronounce ‘Suaad’ and ‘Tua’ heavily (tafkheem).
الْمُسْتَقِيمَ: Pronounce ‘Qaaf’ lightly (tarqeeq).
الَّذِينَ: ‘laam’ has shaddah, press on it and pronounce it twice. pronounce ‘Dhal’ (ذِ) by the tip of the tongue.
أَنْعَمْتَ: pronounce ‘noon’ clearly (Izhar Rule).
غَيْرِ ٱلْمَغْضُوبِ: Pronounce ‘Ghain’ and ‘Zuad’ heavily. ‘Raa’ has kasrah, pronounce it lightly (tarqeeq).
وَلَاالضَّالِّينَ: Pronounce ‘Zuaad’ heavily. ‘Alif’ has maddah, stretch it for 6 counts. ‘Yaa’ has sukoon, stretch it for 2,4, or 6 counts
